Job description | Contribute to accelerate Germany’s transition to more sustainable mobility policies: as an EV policy intern, you will directly support the local policy manager to deliver better German market rules and regulations for vehicles, charging infrastructure, standards and funding mechanisms.
Compensation package | To be determined during the interview. Job starting date: august 2018, starting with a 6 months duration.

Candidate qualifications | Close to or just completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably with major in Business, Policy, Law, Administrative Science, Economics or a similar field; demonstrated excellence in working within teams with strong individual commitment; possess drive, enthusiasm, passion and a genuine interest and curiosity for sustainability and individual transport; sound understanding of electric vehicles, their market/industrialization environment and technological/environmental benefits; analytical skills, searching and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data; creative and thoughtful problem solver who is open to new ideas and approaches; strong written and oral communication skills in German and English along with an ability to interact with various levels of management and external stakeholders; strong team player with very good interpersonal skills willing to learn and manage to significant challenges; strong time management, organizational skills and an attention to detail; ability to operate effectively in a very fast moving, developing and constantly changing company with willingness and ability to handle periods of higher work intensity; entrepreneurial, proactive self-starter with willingness to work in a true start-up environment; solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
