Job description | Assist Senior Analysts and Managers of CM manage and analyze the global assortment offering for Fashion categories; partner with and support the Senior Analysts and Managers to define the baseline assortment strategy for worldwide retail locations, initiate and facilitate new product development, and establish unit pricing to achieve gross margin objectives.

Candidate qualifications | Undergraduate Degree or MBA candidate with relevant previous work experience; knowledge and experience in the workings of retail business practices; proficient in Microsoft Office with adaptability to new software; strong analytical, organizational, communication (verbal and written) skills; aable to think strategically and implement steps to achieve goals; able to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities (ability to multi-task is essential); excellent interpersonal skills; comprehension of the product offered at Tiffany & Co is preferred.
