Job description | Bring the organisation closer to its supporters and the broader public by providing strategic and tactical insight to help unlock the potential as well as drive impactful delivery of the audience engagement: support the delivery of key analysis projects, including segmentation projects and models; influence the success of campaigns by sharing and embedding previous learnings, testing new approaches, and evaluating performance; help improve campaign targeting by providing insight to inform strategy and planning; produce regular reports, help drive innovation and identify ways to deliver analysis in quicker and more inspiring ways.

Compensation package | Approximately GBP 25,000 plus excellent benefits.

Candidate qualifications | Graduate; with a numerical or analytical background and be used to finding, interpreting and reporting key insights from a range of data sources; calm under pressure; good communication skills; an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task; an understanding of relational database structures and reporting as well as knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL Server would be an advantage.
