Job description | Manage the People vs. Oil social media channels (eg People vs. Oil Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc), support global projects in the oil basket with content and tactics and help build an internal community of oil engagement specialists from NROs.​​​​​​

Compensation package | To be determined during the interview. The contract will run through 2019, starting on February, 1.

Candidate qualifications | A history of creating social media content that results in above average performance and organic growth, and/or reaching new audiences; outstanding expertise in online platforms and tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube; self starter able to jump in proactively and quickly offer ideas and turn around content; an understanding and commitment to frequent testing and data analysis; demonstrated project management skills; experience in working in an international environment and within cross-cultural and geographically distributed teams; background in/or strong understanding of climate justice activism; articulate, creative, and passionate, with excellent written and spoken English; flexible, collaborative and responsive; expertise with online and offline tools for creating and editing photo and video content (design and video editing skills a plus).
