Job description | Envision and plan future campaigns in advance whilst rolling up your sleeves to ensure that the current ones are as efficient as possible. Directly contribute to: the definition, execution and optimisation of BlaBlaCar’s 2019 global marketing strategy; the exciting development of the automation program aiming at improving BlaBlaCar marketing campaign further by turning manual tasks into smarter automatic processes; the continuous analysis of marketing KPIs to measure performance, identify growth levers and new automation opportunities; the definition of countries’ challenges and prios, working in close collaboration with the local marketing teams; the development of new scalable marketing projects.

Candidate qualifications | At least 2 years of marketing experience (internship included); familiar with online marketing metrics (CPC, CPL etc…) and business models; fluent in English (other languages are appreciated); full proficiency in Excel; extensive experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with high investment is a strong plus; data manipulation skills (i.e. SQL, Tableau …) are a strong plus; experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Bing and Yandex is a strong plus.
