Job description | BMW Group Designworks has a commitment to creativity and breakthrough ideas that goes well beyond the racetrack. Digital design evaluation, communication and new digital product experiences are becoming an increasingly important part of the product development process. The job is done under the direction of the Studio’s Lead Visualizer, working as a 2-person team at the intersection of product presentation, storytelling and game design. You’ll use your skillset in a creative way to generate compelling new product experiences. This work includes creating interactive and immersive stories to communicate product features and brand values for international clients in Automotive and Product design. You will also work together to create experimental tools – ones which the Studio can use in a modular way across a number of different contexts.
Compensation package | To be determined during the interview. The first contract will have a 5 months duration, form August to December 2019.

Candidate qualifications | Enrolled in Bachelors or Masters studies or have graduated no more than 12 months prior to start date; preferred field of study: Game Development (VR experience preferred), Interactive Storytelling; additional desired skills: Unreal Engine code development and/or blueprinting, 3D Modelling software (Maya, Cinema 4D, or other 3Dmax), Photoshop, C++ / Python is a plus; attributes: Responsibility, flexibility, analytical thinking, process orientation, self-motivation, creativity and proactivity, ability to work hands-on, independently and as a part of a team; very good oral and written english.
