Job description | Provide operational support for Scholastic Art & Writing Awards programs and National Events. Primary responsibilities include customer service, creating reports, mail merges, research, and other administrative tasks; communicate with high-achieving teen artists and writers, especially during National Events, a week-long celebration bringing more than a thousand students and educators to New York City. Join the team to help us find and recognize the next generation of great artists and writers!

Candidate qualifications | Bachelor’s degree; 1-2 years of experience with data entry and customer service within an office setting; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong writing skills, able to explain complex ideas simply; a high level of customer service, patience, professionalism, and attention to detail; exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor; energetic self-starter with strong time management skills; ability to work both independently as well as part of a team; ability to be flexible, adaptable; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
