Job description | Support the marketing team to drive current and new customer engagement: day to day management of the social media communities on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Google+ and others; generate compelling and engaging social media content and manage a fast-paced and reactive schedule of regular updates; develop a strong social media calendar to grow a highly engaged social audience increasing brand advocacy and customer engagement, in-line with the overall marketing strategy; own content creation from end-to-end working with a freelance photographer on larger shoots, as well as capturing imagery on your phone, to create assets in line with brand guidelines to inspire followers; weekly analysis and reporting on all social activity & campaigns, tracking engagement and conversion; research and understand our target customer across all three arms of the company business and use this to shape social conversation; social media content creation across all platforms; work with the Marketing team to create a content and editorial calendar; assist with the weekly newsletter as well as supporting blog posts; assist with creating content for internal material, such as staff newsletter and handbook; assist with external comms including food labelling and promotional material.

Candidate qualifications | Experience in content creation and previous personal and/or professional success in high engagement social media growth; a positive can-do attitude; always willing to go the extra mile; a creative thinker with a broad perspective and strong aesthetic eye; independent worker and self-starter: must be able to take own initiative and to manage own time effectively; detail orientated; excellent creative, copywriting, and oral communication skills; fluent in written and spoken english; confident building professional relationships with a variety of people; interest in, and passion, for healthy food.
