Job description | Manage the club’s paid digital marketing channels; collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement fan journeys and paid marketing campaigns that drive revenue and engagement; analyze club’s paid marketing efforts in real-time in order to maximize return on investment; develop ad copy that aligns with the club’s tone voice and is specific to the intended audience segment; work with creative and video department to ensure creative is engaging, within brand guidelines and specific to intended audience segments; oversee club’s owned digital marketing channels, including ad space on club website; assist with any and all areas of the marketing, digital and communications department when called upon; work with Business Development department to find new audience segments.

Candidate qualifications | A minimum education level of: BA/BS Degree (4-year); experience with Google AdWords and Facebook marketing platforms; experience creating cross-platform campaigns that drive revenue and engagement; availability and willingness to work flexible / extended hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as well as matches and events as necessary; ability to work independently and multi-task; strong understanding of digital marketing trends.
