Job description | Provide top class support to existing B2C and B2B customers and relevant information to potential new customers to encourage them to sign up to Oddbox; make customers happy by providing support over chat, email and phone, as well as interacting with drivers, managing additional administrative tasks and assisting with ongoing departmental improvements.
Compensation package | To be determined during the job interview. The first contract will have a 3 months duration.
