Job description | Work.Life recently joined forces with Knight Frank to create Yours, a partnership combining 100 years of real estate expertise with a brand recognised for hospitality excellence. The company spent the last 5 years learning how to deliver the best possible end-to-end experience for its members. By choosing a Yours. office, businesses are tapping into that experience and the level of service Work.life can provide. The candidate will manage the ongoing day-to-day operations of all Yours Workspaces. He’ll be working with the tenants throughout their tenancy – ensuring a high level of customer service is provided. Dealing with any issues and liasing with suppliers, managing agents and the internal Work.Life team when required. As the Yours product grows, he’ll help build and manage a growing team of Workspace Experience Co-ordinators that in turn deliver amazing service to the company Tenants.

Candidate qualifications | Minimum of 2+ years of account management requiring regular face to face client interaction and relationship building; demonstrated customer service experience, with proven ability to add value to customers; outstanding written and verbal communication skills; very pro-active, this is a hands-on role; superpower will be problem-solving, handling almost all challenges with ease; facilities or office management experience would be very useful.
